Overview

The Armed Driving Vault Teller at Loomis plays a critical role in maintaining inventory in cash vaults for customers. This position requires teamwork and the ability to handle cash and currency while ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with state firearms requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Check identifying numbers or seals on bags of deposits and change shipments against accompanying receipts or manifests
  • Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, and sign receipts and manifests
  • Load and unload wagons or flatbed carts with bags and boxes of currency
  • Sort individual cargo items by route
  • Communicate with co-workers and customers verbally
  • Maintain inventory and prepare reports
  • Meet physical demands of loading and unloading heavy items
