Job Description

Overview

As an Armed Driver Guard at Loomis, you will be responsible for the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coins, and valuables. This role involves driving armored vehicles, servicing ATMs and Smart Safes, and making customer deliveries. The position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while working in a full-time schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive automatic armored vehicles on designated routes
  • Service ATMs and Smart Safes
  • Deliver customer change orders and pick up deposits
  • Load and unload vehicle cargo including bags and boxes of coins
  • Count items, record, and sign for cargo items
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Required skills

  • Valid firearms permit or ability to meet firearms requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 3 years driving record
  • Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate
  • Transport & Logistics skills
  • Security Awareness
  • Cash Handling experience
  • Customer Service skills
  • Driving skills
  • Logistics Management experience
