Job Description

Overview

As an Armed Driver Guard at Loomis, you will ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and valuables while working primarily in an armored vehicle. This role involves servicing ATMs and customer locations, loading and unloading cargo, and performing various tasks as assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive armored vehicles on designated routes
  • Service ATMs and Smart Safes
  • Deliver customer change orders and pick up deposits
  • Load and unload vehicle cargo including bags and boxes of coins
  • Count items, record, and sign for cargo items
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management

Required skills

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • 3 year driving record
  • Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate
  • Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements
  • Experience in transport and logistics
  • Customer service skills
