This hands-on leadership position combines employee support, community engagement, and field operations to help ensure students travel safely to and from school every day. What You'll Do Recruit, hire, train, and coach School Crossing GuardsProvide daily support and field supervisionConduct site visits, safety observations, and performance evaluationsCoordinate staffing and schedulesStep in as a School Crossing Guard when operational needs requireComplete payroll and administrative reportingMaintain uniforms, equipment, and program supplies What You'll Bring Leadership experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyComfortable using smartphones, email, and technologyReliable transportation with current automobile insuranceAbility to lift approximately 20 poundsAbility to successfully complete all required background screeningApplicants living in or near San Clemente or Dana Point are preferred due to the response times associated with this position.
