Overview

The Area Home Dialysis Support Coordinator at U.S. Renal Care plays a critical role in managing equipment and supplies for home dialysis programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position involves operational support for home dialysis clinics, water quality testing, inventory management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee safe patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage, distribute, and maintain home dialysis equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Perform water quality checks and submit samples for testing
  • Maintain accurate logs in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate ordering and storage of supplies for clinics
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted patient care
  • Travel to home programs for on-site support and troubleshooting
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • Knowledge of materials management and dialysis regulatory environment
  • Previous medical experience, preferably in dialysis or hospital settings
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to react effectively in emergencies
  • Team collaboration and independent work skills
