Overview

Airoom Companies, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Kitchen & Bath Draftsperson to join their design team in Lincolnwood, Illinois. The role involves creating precise technical drawings for kitchen and bathroom projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate conceptual ideas into technical drawings for kitchen and bathroom projects
  • Prepare detailed plans and elevations for high-end remodeling and renovations
  • Specify and order cabinetry and parts from manufacturers
  • Manage deadlines and provide documents to architectural staff in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to support seamless project execution

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience in kitchen and bath documentation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven track record in the kitchen and bath industry
  • Experience with Chief Architect, 20/20, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
