Overview

Airoom Companies is looking for an Architectural Kitchen & Bath Draftsperson to join their design team in Chicago. This role focuses on creating technical drawings for high-end kitchen and bathroom projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings for kitchen and bathroom projects
  • Draft and specify detailed plans and elevations for high-end remodeling and renovations
  • Manage deadlines and provide documents to architectural staff in a timely manner
  • Specify and order cabinetry and parts from manufacturers
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience in kitchen and bath documentation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven track record in the kitchen and bath industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and 20/20
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
