Airoom Companies, LLC is seeking a dynamic Architectural Kitchen & Bath Draftsperson to join their innovative design team in Lincolnwood, Illinois. This role focuses on translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings for kitchen and bathroom projects, supporting high-quality residential renovations while ensuring compliance with client specifications and building codes.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings
  • Create kitchen and bathroom plans and elevations for high-end remodeling
  • Specify and order cabinetry and parts from manufacturers
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Provide documentation to architectural staff in a timely manner

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience in kitchen and bath documentation
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 20/20, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the high-end kitchen and bath industry
