Airoom Companies, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Kitchen & Bath Draftsperson to join their design team in Chicago. The role involves translating conceptual designs into technical drawings for high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Create precise technical drawings for kitchen and bathroom projects
  • Draft and specify detailed plans and elevations
  • Develop concept drawings for pricing and presentation
  • Manage project deadlines and provide timely documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients and architectural staff
  • Anticipate and specify cabinetry and parts correctly

Required skills

  • 7+ years of experience in kitchen and bath documentation
  • Proven track record in the kitchen and bath industry
  • Experience with Chief Architect, 20/20, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
