Overview

The Architect position at Cyntergy in Tulsa, OK focuses on overseeing and planning architectural aspects of retail building programs. The role involves complex tasks that require extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and client relations, leading teams and ensuring quality adherence throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Make decisions in significant architectural design problems and methods.
  • Interface directly with client representatives on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate prototype assembly and change management in project deliveries.
  • Interpret and apply relevant codes and criteria into project documentation.
  • Supervise project budgets, schedules, and team assignments.
  • Interface with other project disciplines for cohesive design documentation.
  • Estimate design fees and prepare project proposals and contracts.
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of other architects and technicians.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and accuracy.
  • Participate in marketing activities and client presentations.
