Overview

The Plant Healthcare Technician (PHCT) role at TrueWinds Consulting LLC involves being a part of an elite team dedicated to providing exceptional tree services and plant health care. As a key member of the field team, the PHCT will focus on meeting clients' needs while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with customers to determine goals for their trees and shrubs
  • Diagnose and treat diseased trees and shrubs
  • Collaborate with Arborist staff to create treatment plans
  • Ensure completion of work to industry standards and specifications
  • Meet or exceed job time and expense targets while maintaining quality and safety

Required skills

  • 5+ years of Plant Health Care / Integrated Pest Management experience
  • PA Applicator License
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Coachable and a team player
