Overview

A growing primary healthcare group in Orlando, FL is looking for an APRN to join their team. The role primarily involves providing care to geriatric patients on Medicare Advantage, with some family medicine responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide care to geriatric patients on Medicare Advantage
  • See 6-8 patients per day initially, increasing to 10-15 patients per day
  • Participate in a rotated call schedule among providers

Required skills

  • Nurse Practitioner-Certified
  • Experience in primary healthcare clinics (more than 1 year preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • Active Florida state license
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically NextGen
