Overview

MGR Workforce is seeking an experienced Apprentice Electrician for a project in Stockdale, Texas. This role requires at least 3 years of electrical experience in commercial or industrial environments and involves assisting a Journeyman Electrician with various electrical tasks on-site.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Journeyman Electrician with daily electrical tasks
  • Install and bend conduit and piping
  • Pull wire and assist with terminations
  • Read and follow blueprints and electrical layouts
  • Maintain tools, materials, and clean work areas
  • Follow all job site safety procedures and OSHA standards
  • Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
  • Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
  • Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License/Registration
  • Experience working under supervision of a licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • Commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Experience with conduit bending and piping installation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Reliable transportation to Stockdale, TX
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
  • Follow all Texas electrical licensing and safety regulations
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus
  • Own PPEs - Steel Toes, Hard Hat and Tools
