Marvin is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives for its Infinity Replacement division, which offers premium windows and doors directly to homeowners. This role involves engaging with homeowners at retail locations and community events to schedule in-home consultations. It's an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in sales or seeking flexible, high-earning part-time work.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
  • Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin professionally and approachably
  • Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
  • Accurately enter customer details and appointment information
  • Set up and manage branded displays as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals

Required skills

  • Reliable transportation for travel to retail locations and events
  • Comfort with standing and moving throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup
  • Strong face-to-face communication skills
