The position is part of the AI Foundations team, which engages in high-impact applied research and collaborates across functions to develop AI-powered products that improve customer interactions with their finances.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products
  • Leverage technologies like Pytorch, AWS, and Huggingface to analyze large volumes of data
  • Build AI foundation models from design through training and implementation
  • Engage in applied research to translate AI developments into customer experiences
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to identify tangible business goals

Required skills

  • PhD or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions
  • Proficiency in tools like Pytorch, AWS, and Huggingface
  • Experience in building large deep learning models and conducting applied research
  • Knowledge of training optimization, self-supervised learning, and explainability
