Overview

Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC is seeking an Applications Technician to join their team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role focuses on innovative manufacturing solutions in the medical device sector, allowing you to work with advanced equipment and collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to evaluate manufacturing challenges
  • Conduct proof-of-concept testing in the Applications Lab
  • Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment
  • Verify part dimensions and specifications using precision measuring instruments
  • Diagnose machine performance issues and validate application readiness
  • Develop and document repeatable manufacturing processes
  • Generate detailed technical reports and communicate findings
  • Support equipment builds, testing, customer acceptance activities, and system validation
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and productivity

Required skills

  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Automation Technology or related field
  • Technical certification from an accredited vocational or trade program
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, automation, or process development
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience with automated equipment and precision manufacturing systems
  • Strong communication skills
