Job Description

Overview

TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Application Support Associate to help coordinate and troubleshoot issues related to operational applications such as CRM and MDCNAV. This role involves communication with users and technical staff to ensure efficient resolutions of reported issues, contributing to the overall quality of care management services provided by the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Triaging Zendesk tickets, emails, or other reported errors
  • Investigating and troubleshooting reported issues
  • Documenting errors, root causes, and business impact
  • Providing solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate IT department
  • Communicating with submitters, clients, end users, and product owners
  • Assisting with Portal Registration

Required skills

  • 1–3 years of experience with CRM, Data Input, MDNAV, or Portal
  • Basic understanding of CRM and operational processes
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and executing workflows
  • Familiarity with clinical or operational processes and workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
