Horizon Develop Build Manage is looking for a proactive Part-Time Property Manager to oversee operations at Walnut Glen, a senior living and family townhome community in Wauwatosa, WI. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day property functions and ensure a high quality of life for residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing and resident relations
  • Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping
  • Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep
  • Support marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations
