Overview

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at Essential Staffing Solutions will lead a team in maintaining an apartment community. This hands-on role involves training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and ensuring property operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Train and supervise the maintenance team
  • Manage make-ready board and unit turns
  • Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
  • Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
  • Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
  • Report directly to the Property Manager

Required skills

  • 1-2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
  • EPA and HVAC certification required
  • Skilled in Yardi and OneSite
  • Leadership and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks
