You'll help prospects find their perfect home, guide residents through their journey, and ensure everyone experiences the friendly, professional atmosphere we're known for.What You'll DoLeasing & Sales:Deliver a warm and welcoming first impression to prospects and residentsConduct property tours and showcase available apartments that meet prospective residents' needsConvert tours into leases by skillfully presenting our community's features and benefitsAssist with lease renewals and maintain high resident retentionConduct daily outreach to local businesses and referral sourcesTravel as needed to attend court hearings and community events (within 30 minutes)Marketing & Community Engagement:Assist in executing creative marketing strategies and community outreach programsSupport social media and print advertising efforts to build brand awarenessPlan and support resident events that foster a sense of communityConduct market surveys and provide insight into competitive propertiesSubmit weekly and monthly leasing and traffic reportsAdministrative Support:Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and manage resident documentationCoordinate move-ins and move-outs with attention to detail and careRespond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-insHelp manage rent collection and communicate with accounting as neededMaintain an organized office and resident files, ensuring accurate database updates (Entrata, eSite, etc.)Who You AreYour Qualifications:1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer serviceHigh School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher preferred)Valid PA/NJ/FL driver's licenseFamiliarity with Fair Housing lawsCAM, ARM, CLP certification a plusYour Skills & Strengths:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilityTech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and property management softwareWarm, approachable, and solution-oriented personalityA team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environmentConfidence to overcome objections and close the salePositive attitude, integrity, and professionalism-on and off the clockWhy You'll Love Working at Klein Make a Real Impact - Help people find their homes and create meaningful connections Professional Growth - We support your career goals with training and advancement opportunities Supportive Culture - Join a team that values collaboration, kindness, and hard work Competitive Compensation - Enjoy competitive pay and benefits Be Part of Something Bigger - At Klein, you're not just leasing apartments-you're helping shape thriving communitiesNote: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
