The Anesthesiology Physician role at Envision involves working as a Night Float Anesthesiologist in Phoenix, AZ, delivering high-quality peri-operative anesthesia care. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary, extensive support from a collaborative medical environment, and a variety of cases in multiple specialties.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services for a variety of adult cases including general, gynecologic, transplant, and neurosurgery
  • Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff in a supportive clinical setting
  • Ensure efficient room turnover between cases with assistance from anesthesia techs and respiratory therapists
  • Participate in a collaborative environment that emphasizes effective patient care

Required skills

  • Board eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology
  • Experience in pain management and emergency medicine
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Familiarity with advanced technologies and medications in anesthesia
