ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking an urgent locum Anesthesiologist specializing in Obstetrics to provide full-time, inpatient OB anesthesia services at the MercyOne Genesis Davenport Campus. This role involves independent practice in a high-volume delivery center, focusing exclusively on OB services.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient OB anesthesia services
  • Work full-time with flexible scheduling including 24-hour in-house call
  • Manage anesthesia for approximately 2,100 deliveries annually
  • Operate independently without supervisory support from CRNAs or APPs

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Specialization in Obstetrics
  • Active Iowa (IA) Medical License
  • Clean malpractice and background history
  • Experienced provider with NPDB report
  • Familiarity with EMR System: Cerner
