Overview

The Medicus Firm is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for a practice located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. This role offers a work-life balance with 13 weeks of paid time off, a Monday through Friday schedule, and no in-house call requirements, allowing physicians to focus on patient care within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide medical supervision in an anesthesia care team model
  • Oversee a balanced case mix including General, Orthopedic, GI, Neurology, ENT, Urology, and Robotics cases
  • Participate in team-based collaboration with physician anesthesiologists and CRNAs
  • Manage patient care with minimal pediatric responsibilities

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Experience in anesthesia practice
