Overview

Integrity Locums is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician to provide coverage in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role involves working in a hospital surgical unit with responsibilities including the supervision of CRNAs and performing a full case mix, including both adult and pediatric patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia coverage at up to 3 sites
  • Manage 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
  • Be available for weeknight and/or weekend calls
  • Supervise 2-3 CRNAs per anesthesiologist
  • Administer spinals and epidurals
  • Handle a full case mix including adults, healthy pediatrics, and OB cases
  • Perform vent management and arterial/central line placements

Required skills

  • Active Virginia medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Experience with spinals, regionals, ortho, neural, and vascular procedures
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR
