Job Description

Overview

Olymel is seeking an Analyst for user support and training to join their dynamic team in Boucherville, Quebec. This role focuses on enhancing user experience with Coupa and improving procurement processes. The ideal candidate will be motivated to contribute to operational efficiency and quality while collaborating within a supportive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to Coupa users for requests, purchase orders, invoices, and expense accounts
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to invoices without PO and processing discrepancies
  • Assist users in correcting, reopening, or closing order lines according to established rules
  • Support approval processes, request workflows, and pending buyer actions
  • Manage and oversee Coupa access including creation, modifications, deactivations, and reactivations
  • Address technical or functional issues related to Coupa usage
  • Contribute to the structuring and optimal use of Coupa contracts
  • Develop and maintain clear and useful documentation for users
  • Create and disseminate training content to foster user autonomy and understanding of processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement of Coupa practices and identification of training needs

Required skills

  • University or college degree in administration, procurement, supply chain, or a relevant field
  • Experience in user support, functional support, or training in a business environment
  • Experience with Coupa or another procurement/P2P tool is a significant asset
  • Ability to simplify and assist various types of users
  • Strong service orientation, autonomy, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and solid communication skills
