Ciao is looking for an Analyst-Programmer to join their dynamic and growing team in Quebec. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet client needs. Key responsibilities

  • Conceive and document system and software architecture
  • Define and update development rules and best practices
  • Prepare necessary tools and environments for development and testing
  • Participate in task planning and project breakdown
  • Develop software solutions, document them, and perform unit tests
  • Ensure code quality and adhere to programming best practices
  • Participate in system testing, integration, and assist users during acceptance testing

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • 2 to 9 years of experience as an Analyst-Programmer
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Skill in producing structured technical documents: analyses, specifications, recommendations, reports
  • Strong written communication and ability to synthesize technological concepts
  • Autonomy, initiative, and technical leadership in projects
