Ciao is looking for an Analyst-Programmer to join their dynamic and growing team in Quebec. Key responsibilities

  • Conceive and document system and software architecture
  • Define and update development rules and best practices
  • Prepare necessary tools and environments for development and testing
  • Participate in task planning and project breakdown
  • Develop software solutions, document them, and perform unit tests
  • Ensure code quality and adhere to programming best practices
  • Participate in system testing, integration, and assist users during acceptance testing

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • 2 to 9 years of experience as an Analyst-Programmer
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Skill in producing structured technical documents: analyses, specifications, recommendations, reports
  • Strong written communication and ability to synthesize technological concepts
  • Autonomy, initiative, and technical leadership in projects
