Overview

Ciao is seeking an IT Analyst to join their dynamic team focused on developing systems, web accessibility, inclusive design, and customized development. The role involves analyzing user needs and proposing effective IT solutions while ensuring quality service and system availability.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in project activities and inform on progress to prevent delays
  • Design IT architectures for software solutions in a multi-site environment
  • Analyze, evaluate, and propose solutions for improving service quality and system availability
  • Establish work plans and coordinate timelines with team leaders
  • Ensure system performance and coordinate implementation activities
  • Participate in documentation related to systems and procedures
  • Support staff during changes and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality
  • Write and implement configuration and recovery procedures for IT systems

Required skills

  • Experience in managing technology infrastructures and IT equipment
  • Proficiency in Windows network environments
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and microcomputing
  • Experience in analysis, design, and coordination of large-scale projects
  • Expertise in implementing IT solutions and specialized technologies
  • Technical skills: Powershell, Configuration Manager/SCCM, VBA, HTML/CSS, MS SQL, Oracle
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in level 3 support and resolution of complex problems
  • Expertise in clinical information systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • Ability to synthesize information and produce high-quality documentation
  • Knowledge of technical English is an asset
