Overview

The ERP Business Analyst position at Commsoft Technologies - Fidelio is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology and business processes. The role involves working with SMEs to optimize their business processes using an integrated management system, as the company expands its reach into Ontario after over 20 years of establishment in Quebec.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze client needs and business processes
  • Propose appropriate solutions that can be addressed by Fidelio
  • Participate in writing project specifications
  • Configure system components according to established processes with the client
  • Test and update systems for assigned clients
  • Respect budgets and timelines, providing follow-up to the project manager
  • Participate in client ERP system startup strategy development
  • Quickly analyze and communicate potential risks, recommending solutions
  • Actively participate in project management meetings
  • Support project managers in producing progress reports and management indicators
  • Train expert users from the client side
  • Ensure continuous improvement of assigned processes and update the standard process guide
  • Assist clients and project teams in retrospective analysis and documentation of observations and recommendations
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, management, or a relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical skills in management systems and organizational business processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Autonomy and a sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Visio
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong understanding of infrastructures and systems, including SQL
  • Knowledge of SME realities and ERP systems is a definite asset
  • Valid driver's license
