Working closely with the Pricing Analyst II and Pricing Manager, you'll help build and maintain pricing models, improve pricing processes, analyze profitability, and support initiatives that drive efficiency and business growth.This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to develop expertise in pricing strategy, margin analysis, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Pricing Analyst II and Pricing Manager in the development, maintenance, and validation of pricing models, matrices, and product pricing structures.Assist with pricing activities for configurable products, considering product options, components, and regional pricing adjustments.Develop scalable pricing methodologies that can be integrated into company systems to automate pricing calculations and reduce manual quoting efforts.Analyze pricing requests and recommend solutions that align with company profitability goals and pricing strategies.Support initiatives to reduce manual quote dependency through pricing automation and standardization.Assist in identifying opportunities to improve pricing processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency.Prepare, maintain, and validate pricing files to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.Analyze pricing data and generate reports related to margin performance, profitability, pricing changes, and market trends.Assist in evaluating competitive products and gathering market pricing information to support pricing decisions.Maintain accurate records of pricing updates, project activities, and pricing requests while ensuring timely completion of assignments.Partner with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support pricing initiatives and business objectives.Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather information, communicate updates, and support pricing implementation activities.Perform additional pricing analysis, maintenance, and support activities as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in pricing, business analysis, sales operations, finance, data analytics, or a related analytical role.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and validation.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate acr
