K.L. McKinney is seeking a Senior Manager for AI and Analytics Solutions in the Americas to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering technology-enabled legal solutions across various domains including eDiscovery, contract management, and legal operations. This role entails strategic leadership, client advisory, and overseeing innovative technology initiatives in legal services.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic vision for Advanced Client Data Solutions.
  • Lead and mentor managers and consulting teams across service lines.
  • Drive innovation in AI, analytics, and legal technology.
  • Serve as an executive advisor to law firms and corporate legal departments.
  • Consult on complex legal matters, including data privacy and compliance.
  • Collaborate on business development and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Oversee delivery teams for eDiscovery, analytics, and contract management.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies for client solutions.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing consulting teams.
  • Promote client-focused culture and continuous improvement.

Required skills

  • 15+ years of experience in legal technology and operations
  • Experience with client-facing legal technology or consulting engagements
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery, contract lifecycle management, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of eDiscovery methodologies and legal technology platforms
  • Leadership experience in managing multiple service lines
  • Knowledge of AI and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with tools like Relativity, Reveal, and Everlaw
