CPR Tampa is seeking qualified medical professionals to join as BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructors. This part-time, contract position allows for flexible scheduling while offering competitive pay for teaching lifesaving courses.
Key responsibilities
Teach Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses
Teach a minimum of 5 classes per month, including 2 weekend sessions and 2 evening classes
Provide high-quality, hands-on healthcare training
Submit availability for teaching dates at least 12 weeks in advance
Commit to an initial 18-month instructor contract
Required skills
Medical License (Paramedic, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, CRNA, APRN with ICU, ER, or Telemetry experience)
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification
PALS certification preferred, training provided if not certified
AHA instructor certification (training provided if not already certified)
