Overview

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator to oversee all clinical and business operations of the center in Cordova, Tennessee. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with a focus on regulatory compliance and patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate clinical and business operations of the ASC
  • Monitor and evaluate professional care administration to patients
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures affecting daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with state licensure, federal regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and management of personnel
  • Evaluate facility programs including Quality Management and Risk Management
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure a safe environment

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Management (required)
  • Advanced Degree in Nursing or Management (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as ASC Administrator or Director of Nursing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
