Overview

Valor Healthcare is seeking an Alternate Project Manager to support the DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers contract. This role emphasizes the management of various educational and support services while ensuring high-quality care for military veterans and government service personnel.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer all services and address complaints regarding contract performance.
  • Support FLETC Training Delivery Points to ensure compliance with directives and provide updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative.
  • Be on call 24/7 to handle emergencies.
  • Attend meetings and document minutes.
  • Manage multiple service and control plans, including Quality Assurance and Safety Plans.

Required skills

  • Board certification and licensure as a Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid United States Driver's License
  • Ability to travel for on-site inspections
