Job Description

Overview

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Alternate Project Manager to support its contract with the Department of Homeland Security for Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers. This role involves program management and overseeing various operational services with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support to federal training facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer all services and address complaints concerning contract performance
  • Act as the main contact point with the Government
  • Support FLETC Training Delivery Points to ensure compliance with directives and procedures
  • Provide updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative on TDP status
  • Be on call twenty-four hours a day for emergencies
  • Attend meetings and provide written minutes
  • Develop and maintain various service and quality assurance plans

Required skills

  • Board certification and licensure as a Physician's Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication
  • Ability to use computers for communication and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid United States Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel for on-site inspections as needed
