Overview

Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative NICU team in the Kansas City, MO area. This full-time position emphasizes family-centered care and clinical excellence, providing advanced neonatal care across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Cover multiple NICUs including a 49-bed Level IIIB NICU and a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in educational and mentoring activities
  • Support practice operations
  • Use advanced ventilator support and modern neonatal care techniques

Required skills

  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Active Missouri APRN License
  • DEA and CSR/CDS licenses
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Current national APRN specialty certification
