Overview

Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a collaborative team in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. This full-time position offers flexibility with a combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts across several advanced neonatal care centers without neonatal transport duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with Neonatologists
  • Attend deliveries and provide care in Level II and Level III-IV NICUs
  • Participate in daily rounds and handle emergencies with Neonatologist support
  • Contribute to continuity of care across multiple high-acuity sites
  • Share responsibilities among a team of NNPs
  • Work flexible shifts based on team needs and personal preference

Required skills

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
  • Arizona State License or willingness to obtain
  • Active or pending DEA license
  • Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
