Overview

Source Medical, LLC is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join their advanced neonatal care team in Hollywood, FL. This role involves providing critical care for newborns in a Level IV NICU, rotating among several hospitals within a close radius.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide neonatal intensive care across multiple hospitals
  • Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in Level IV and Level III NICUs
  • Rotate between 24-hour shifts at Level III units and 10-16 hour shifts at Level IV unit
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to critically ill neonates

Required skills

  • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing
  • NNP Board Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
  • Active or eligible for Florida license
  • DEA certification required prior to start
