Overview

WhiteCap Search is seeking a full-time Allergy/Immunology Physician Assistant for a hospital-based outpatient practice in Waterbury, Connecticut. The position offers a collaborative work environment focused on compassionate, patient-centered care, with opportunities for new graduates.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive oncology treatment care to patients
  • Conduct comprehensive and episodic health history and physical assessments
  • Oversee treatment infusions and supportive care needs
  • Write orders within the limits of the practice agreement
  • Maintain clinical documentation according to group practice
  • Participate in clinical quality and research as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans

Required skills

  • Oncology and Hematology experience
  • ANP, FNP or PA certification
  • BC and CT license
