Overview

Summit Recruiting Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time role in Bowling Green, Kentucky, providing direct patient care to a service area of over 100,000 people. The NP will collaborate with physicians and support staff, working a Monday through Friday schedule with weekend rounds expected, and is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, education, and ensuring continuity of care.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in collaboration with physicians and support services
  • Conduct history and physicals, document findings, and communicate with providers
  • Order appropriate diagnostic testing and review results with patients
  • Educate patients and support their needs
  • Ensure continuity of care for follow-up treatments
  • Adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and maintain annual required trainings

Required skills

  • Active Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
