Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking an Alarm Monitoring Operator to work in their 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. This role involves responding to alarm signals, managing alarm events, and ensuring customer notification while maintaining a focus on safety and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming alarm signals using automation software
  • Notify authorities and contact lists as necessary
  • Log information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer multi-line telephone calls
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years' work experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and urgency management
  • Teamwork and continuous improvement attitude
