Overview

Budget Rent A Car of Utah is seeking Rental Agents for its busy Provo Airport and American Fork locations. As a Rental Agent, you will provide excellent customer service and assist travelers with vehicle rentals in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with the car rental process from start to finish.
  • Advise customers on protection plans and promote upgrades to premium vehicles.
  • Prepare rental contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
  • Provide customers with information on vehicle options and features.
  • Keep accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
