Job Description Job Description Linen & Hearth is hiring reliable, detail-focused professionals to clean and stage short-term rental properties throughout the Greater Phoenix area.This is more than standard cleaning. Every property must be spotless, fully stocked, and staged exactly as expected for incoming guests.WHAT WE EXPECTAbsolutely no missed cleaning details. No stray hairs on floors, toilets, showers, sinks, or other bathroom surfaces.Exact staging. Beds, pillows, towels, furniture, and décor must match the reference photos provided.Accurate restocking. Supplies must be replenished to the exact quantities specified.Complete checklists. Every task must be completed as instructed, without skipping steps.Consistent quality. Work must be thorough, efficient, and reliable, even without supervision.NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTSMust be willing to drive throughout the ENTIRE Phoenix Valley, including the East and West Valleys. Jobs are at different properties, not one fixed location.Must be available Friday through Monday, including Sundays.Must have reliable transportation and provide your own cleaning supplies.Must pass a background check.No unauthorized helpers or additional people inside properties.Must be dependable, responsive, and able to complete turnovers within scheduled guest check-in windows.PAY & SCHEDULEIndependent contractor position.
