Overview

The Agri Line Operator at Buchheit Inc. is responsible for operating production equipment and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of agricultural products. This role involves filling customer orders, monitoring quality, and maintaining safety and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate agricultural production, blending, bagging, packaging, or processing equipment
  • Fill, pull, stage, and prepare customer or internal orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor production lines and equipment for proper operation and product quality
  • Measure, weigh, label, and package products according to specifications
  • Load raw materials into equipment and remove finished products for storage or shipment
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate production records and order documentation
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards
  • Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules
  • Assist with inventory control and movement of materials
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, following safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow all company policies related to safety and quality control

Required skills

  • Forklift operation experience
