Overview

Unibéton is seeking a Customer Service Agent for their Laval location. The role involves providing support to clients through phone order processing, generating reports, and assisting with logistics and distribution tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide customer support during phone order processing
  • Document orders in the computer system according to established procedures
  • Validate orders related to the contract review process
  • Transmit technical information to clients
  • Produce daily reports
  • Support logistics and distribution efforts
  • Perform other related administrative tasks

Required skills

  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with computer tools
  • Familiarity with INTEGRA SYSTEC, Kronos, and Marcotte Système is a plus
  • Knowledge of the concrete and/or construction industry is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent listening abilities
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team
