Overview

Alinov is seeking an Agent in Human Resources to enhance their career within a professional development environment. This role focuses on supporting administrative tasks and fostering a healthy and structured workplace, while developing relevant skills through a hands-on approach in real projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome, integrate, and support new team members
  • Manage hiring documentation and personnel files confidentially
  • Administer and compile onboarding test results
  • Maintain HR databases and produce relevant follow-up reports
  • Draft job descriptions and organize training activities
  • Develop and analyze salary scales for equitable compensation
  • Identify workplace health and safety issues and propose action plans
  • Implement initiatives that promote well-being, inclusion, and team engagement
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service projects

Required skills

  • Diploma in human resources or administration
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Discretion, rigor, and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and adaptability
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Willingness to learn and improve
