Olymel is seeking a Payables Agent to join their dynamic team. This role is vital for maintaining efficient operations by ensuring quality service and proactive communication with internal partners.
Key responsibilities
Maintain good relations with internal partners through quality service
Apply purchasing, billing, payment, and expense management processes rigorously
Register and process supplier invoices, ensuring matching with purchase orders
Verify the compliance of invoices and contracts with negotiated terms
Address invoices to the correct legal entity
Perform various related tasks
Required skills
DEP or DEC in accounting, finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of AS400 and SAP is an asset
Strong attention to detail, organization, and autonomy
Effective communication skills and openness to change
