Olymel is seeking a Payables Agent to join their dynamic team. This role is vital for maintaining efficient operations by ensuring quality service and proactive communication with internal partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain good relations with internal partners through quality service
  • Apply purchasing, billing, payment, and expense management processes rigorously
  • Register and process supplier invoices, ensuring matching with purchase orders
  • Verify the compliance of invoices and contracts with negotiated terms
  • Address invoices to the correct legal entity
  • Perform various related tasks

Required skills

  • DEP or DEC in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of AS400 and SAP is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and autonomy
  • Effective communication skills and openness to change
