This role involves managing staff, developing program activities, and engaging with parents and the community.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise after-school staff and volunteers. Develop and implement engaging program activities for children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians. Maintain program records and reports. Collaborate with community partners to enhance program offerings.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field. Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.Required SkillsStrong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in program development and management. Knowledge of child development principles. First Aid and CPR certification.Pay range and compensation packageThe salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $47,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
