Job Description

Overview

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the 62-unit Victorian Inn Apartments in downtown Portland. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and customer service skills, managing everything from marketing the property to maintaining its integrity and managing tenant relations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property activities
  • Market the property to attract prospective residents
  • Screen potential tenants and collect rents
  • Serve notices and prepare agreements
  • Develop and maintain financial reports
  • Coordinate maintenance and property integrity
  • Learn and implement landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols

Required skills

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • One year of property management experience
  • Experience with LITHC and PBV funding programs
  • Familiarity with Yardi, Tenant Tech, and Document Locator software
  • Basic knowledge of MS365 applications (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Basic math skills for bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
