Overview

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager for the 62-unit Victorian Inn Apartments in downtown Portland. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills to manage daily operations, including marketing, resident screening, rent collection, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations
  • Market the property and maintain its integrity
  • Screen prospective residents
  • Collect rents and serve notices
  • Develop reports and prepare agreements

Required skills

  • Two years of customer service experience
  • One year of property management experience
  • Experience with LITHC and PBV funding programs
  • Proficiency in Yardi, Tenant Tech, and Document Locator
  • Basic experience with MS365 (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic math skills for bookkeeping tasks
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing Laws
