Overview

Brick and Timber is seeking a full-time Administrator, Maintenance to coordinate maintenance tasks and work orders for their property management team in San Francisco. The role involves liaison with tenants and management to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues within residential properties.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for maintenance-related issues
  • Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants and staff
  • Create, allocate, update, and close work orders in Yardi for over 20 buildings
  • Assess vendors and manage preferred vendor list
  • Prioritize and dispatch work orders to maintenance technicians and vendors
  • Track open tasks and ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate scheduled maintenance and disruptions to tenants
  • Facilitate customer service with various departments
  • Submit requests for bids on projects
  • Provide building updates regarding details and compliance
